Many people can disagree in good faith on whether a particular individual’s lifestyle choices are wrong or right. But provided an individual is not hurting anyone else, the ALS contends the heavy hand of government should not be used to enforce moral points of view. We believe that current social policies unduly harass non-violent individuals.
